Robert Terwilliger

Robert Terwilliger

Robert Terwilliger is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of AccuDial Pharmaceutical, Inc. He led the company’s senior management team in the successful design integration of AccuDial’s revolutionary, weight-based dosing system. Next came the creation of a global business model to patent, finance, produce, package, and launch the new Children’s AccuDial brand featuring pediatric, over-the-counter medications. Prior to AccuDial, Mr. Terwilliger had more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions at leading companies. He is highly respected for his business acumen on a worldwide platform, and for taking start-up companies from concept to industry leader. As president of his former company, ARC International, Mr. Terwilliger grew the start-up into a global giant in just five years from six employees to over 300, with a forecasted future growth of over $44 billion.

Richard J. Haskins

Richard J Haskins

Richard J Haskins serves as chief financial officer for AccuDial Pharmaceutical, Inc. He was senior executive vice president/chief financial officer of Republic Security Corporation and Republic Security Bank, beginning when they formed in 1984 through 2001. Mr. Haskins’ strategic insight and financial leadership contributed to Republic Security’s growth into a $3.4 billion commercial bank holding company until it merged with Wachovia Bankcorp in 2001. Prior to Republic, he practiced accounting for 10 years with Deloitte & Touche, where he was the firm’s expert in SEC reporting. Mr. Haskins was chief financial officer of a NASDAQ financial services firm for 16 years and has served as a director on numerous boards. He also remains active in several associations.

Brian Kaplan, MD

Brian Kaplan, MD
Product Creator, Chief Medical Advisor, Director

Brian Kaplan, MD is the creator of the AccuDial revolutionary, weight-based dosing system, and is chief medical advisor for the company. Dr. Kaplan achieved board certification status in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1994. He served as an emergency department physician in one of Palm Beach County’s largest hospitals for close to 15 years. During this time frame, he achieved the board certification status in emergency medicine by the American Association of Physician Specialists, held many leadership positions directing procedures and policies, and received accolades from his peers and hospital administration. Dr. Kaplan is currently an associate of a Boca Raton, Fla.-based MDVIP Internal Medicine practice.

Kevin Kelleher is chief financial officer and executive vice president of Sony Music Entertainment. Since 1995, he has been responsible for overseeing worldwide financial and information technology functions of Sony Music’s global operations. Prior to joining Sony Music, he was a partner in the media and entertainment group of Price Waterhouse’s New York office. While at Price Waterhouse, Mr. Kelleher gained extensive experience in the entertainment industry, having worked with a variety of clients, including cable operators and networks, radio and television broadcasters, and production and music companies. Throughout his career, he has also been actively involved with numerous mergers and acquisition transactions.

Patrick M. Lonergan

Patrick M. Lonergan

Patrick Lonergan is a prominent industry executive and is formerly a 30-year veteran with Johnson & Johnson, where he held a number of leadership positions, including vice president and general manager. While at Johnson & Johnson, he served as a member of the board of directors of Johnson & Johnson Products, Inc. and was chairman of the Health Care Division Management Committee. Mr. Lonergan has also served as vice chairman of the board of directors of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association, business chairman for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, and chairman of the National Wholesale Druggists’ Association Industry Development Committee. He is the co-founder of Numark Laboratories, Inc. and has served as its president since January 1989. Mr. Lonergan currently serves on the board of directors of several publicly and privately held drug companies selling OTC products.

Mr. O’Connor served as president/partner for USI Florida and delivered exceptional return and brand performance to the original investors. He was the founding partner of several successful start-ups, including the North Broward School, which was sold in 2005 to Wall Street investment firm Sterling Capital to launch Ameritas Schools International. As president of AMG Enterprises, LLC, Mr. O’Connor leads a cutting-edge industry of boutique real estate development projects on coastal properties that continue to deliver value.

Carmine Priore III

Carmine Priore III

Carmine Priore III is vice president of thermal, hydro, and solar operations for NextEra Energy Resources, where he is accountable for plant operations and management in the United States and Canada. Prior to his current role, he was the vice president of production assurance and business services, where his team provided standardization, reliability, and financial services to NextEra Energy, Inc.’s power-generation assets. Mr. Priore has also served as the regional plant general manager for the start-up and initial operations of Florida Power & Light’s West County Energy Center. With over 22 years of engineering, project management, and commercial experience, he is very active in serving his local community as a member and takes a leadership role in various nonprofit community board of directors and committees.
